Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information to ensure successful project completion. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are not our responsibility.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared without express permission, unless required by law. We utilize secure tools like LastPass to protect client data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding payments for completed work remain due.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
